In various spiritual traditions, Earth represents more than just the ground beneath our feet. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Earth element governs our center, our ability to feel grounded and nourished. In ancient Celtic wisdom, Earth was seen as the Great Mother, the source of all life and transformation. These ancestral understanding mirror what modern somatic practices teach us - our bodies carry an innate wisdom that connects us directly to Earth's rhythms.
